Dunes Dental 4 Kids Financial Policy

Insurance – Your insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer and your insurance company.  We are not part of that contract.  Our relationship is with you, not your insurance company.  As a courtesy, we will file a claim with your insurance company for any care that is provided by our office.  Please remember that no insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs.  Some companies pay fixed allowances for certain procedures and other pay a percentage of the charge.  It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-payment or any other balance not paid by your insurance company.

An estimate of the treatment will be provided to you prior to treatment.  A partial payment is expected the date of treatment. 

Our office does participate with Delta Dental of Iowa and South Dakota. 

We accept payment in the form of cash, credit card (MasterCard or Visa), checkand also participate with the Care Credit finance program.
